Project included 130-unit apartment complex design 6 buildings engineering of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. Project Construction Administration was a key factor our team managed for this project.

Mixed Used High-Rise LEED project. The podium building design is to 10 floors of residential and the lower level for parking garage and commercial retail space. Design build project partnership with developer and trade contractor. Prepared full energy model and LEED documentation and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing basis of design narrative.
